Name: EVOLVE
Rules:
1. You have to roll a higher number then the other to consider yourself a victor
2. You cannot roll to get an new part until you've done 10 posts/get bigger
3. You have to win 10 encounters without losing any to mature to the next stage
4. Good luck and we hope you succeed
5. You must update your bio on this thread as you add new parts/evolve
Plot: The plot is simple. You start as a very simple organism with no legs, two eyes and a mouth that can either be herbivore or carnivore allowing you to start as a simple plant eater or a simple meat eater. You also have a simple way of propelling yourself through the watery world you inhabit. As you level up and mature to the next stage you get more and more intelligence. Will you survive to explore space itself? Your decisions will make that known.
So will you evolve to success, or will you become another failed evolution doomed to extinction.
Dice: Yes
Game Master: Nats - up to Tribal Stage
RPG Style: Play by post with dice
Genre: Other
Current Status: In progress open to new critters constantly
Character Bio Form:
Current Characters: Faristadon Massatudos (Carnivore), Lignator Silva (Herbivore)
Additional Info:: Dice roll rules as follows
To decide an encounter: each person involved in the encounter must roll a 20 sided dice. For a fight the highest number wins, for mating to produce new creatures of that type the numbers must be within 2 numbers of each other each side (so say I rolled a 10 and the persons creature I wanted to mate with rolled a 12 they could mate).
To decide how 'fatal' the injury (damage roll) is in an encounter a 6 sided dice must be rolled by the attacked party. Should the number be an even number outcome then the wounding is only minor, should it be an odd number the wounding is major and you will need to recover.
When rolling for the chance to evolve/gain new parts you have to roll higher then 5. This number will increase as you play through the game.
+ and -'s to rolls
In encounters should your creature be more evolved (more parts and successful evolve rolls therefore = bigger) you must +2 to all your rolls
After calculating damage from the damage roll please take one of the following (Dependent on roll outcome) from each roll you make for the next 5 battle based encounters:
Odd (Major Damage) -4
Even (Minor Damage) -2
